Why it's useful
Each character has a backstory, a memory and its own plans, and you can walk in and talk to them. It's a working base for a life sim or a social game: swap the map, the sprites and the character sheets and you have your own town.
What it needs
Node.js and a Convex backend, either a free Convex account or run locally with Docker. Uses Ollama for local models by default, or an OpenAI-compatible key. Windows needs WSL2.
