Before you use it
Alpha software, moving fast (new versions most days). Keep copies of important files and expect some rough edges.
Why it's useful
Compositions, layers, keyframes, over 300 effects, expressions and 3D cameras and lights, with a render queue that exports ProRes, MP4, WebM and image sequences. Good for trailer titles, animated logos and effects shots.
What it needs
Desktop app for Windows, Mac and Linux, or run it in your browser. Nothing to set up and no graphics card needed.
